1. When are personal propety renditions due?

Personal property renditions are due on March 15th of every year.

2. How many days do I have if I want to appeal a property?

Thirty days after you receive your change of value notices.

3. Why do you visit my property?

Several reasons.  Property may have applied for a building permit.  Property may have sold & the state requires the appraisers office to review.  The state of Kansas also requires the appraisers office to review properties on a yearly basis.
