More… Generally we think of disasters as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods etc. but the word "disaster" is defined as "any happening that causes great harm or danger." To the person whose farmhouse is on fire or whose father is having a heart attack, THAT is a disaster! Every year millions of Americans face some type of disaster and its terrifying consequences. The 911 system clearly identifies the address number and road to respond to, but many times the responders can't find the address! Why Not? Simply put, most residents do not post their address numbers at the end of their driveway, or emergency responders cannot readily see the number that are posted. The reflective address markers eliminate this problem by providing a large number that can be easily seen day or night. You may have seen the blue address signs around the county.
