Clay County Jail visiting hours are Sunday and Wednesday from 1pm-4pm for local inmates and Saturday from 1pm-4pm for Out of County inmates.
Visitation is limited to immediate family members of the inmate (parents, grandparents, siblings, spouses, and children) and a visitor may only visit once per week.
The following rules will be observed during visitation:
- No loud or profane language
- No revealing clothing
- Outside items are not allowed to be brought in for an inmate, however cash may be placed on their commissary account.
- All visitors must show positive proof of identification and fill out the sign in sheet
- Visits will be limited to 30 minutes per inmate and will take place in the visitation booth.
